An amalgamated metals processor project we are working with as a technology partner with Apollo Metal Works to fully automate and roboticize the end to end material handling and processing. Incorporating their melting technology and alloying processes with precise material input tracking, alloying, material quality inspection and tracking for the ultimate in mass metal processed products.
This innovative end to end process will be enabled by globally distributable metal processing and metal mill capacity and capabilities. It all starts with raw material input, alloying with automated quality control tracking, quality control and actively monitored material processing. Providing for highly optimized quality control tracking during all processes for lot and batch tracking.
Friesth Farms
Is an amalgamated aquaponics system that we are working with as a technology partner with Friesth Farms to fully enable an enclosed and automated and roboticized end to end aquaponics system. Current open air farming process and the massive recalls have greatly reduced the public's trust and creates fear for the next recalls from algae or bacterial infections. Open water fish farms suffer from exposure to disease, parasitic sea louse infestations and create oxygen-deprived dead zones and piles of sludge from uneaten spoiled fish food below the pens. Additionally open water fish arms are typically are exposed to toxic chemical such as heavy metals, natural arsenic and carcinogens.
Addressing the plant aspect of Aquaponics utilizes different types of hydroponic system optimized for the targeted plant and product output. Innovative robotic solutions are under development and optimization for germination, planting, tending and harvesting, post processing and packaging. An artificial intelligence based control system for monitoring and controlling all inputs such as lighting, CO2 and nutrients inputs.
Addressing the fish aquaculture facet utilizes different types of bioreactors, fermenters for algae and bacterium growth systems with optimized spawning and fertilizations systems, fingerling systems and grow out systems . The end to end process includes automated fish transfer into automated fish processing and finalization and quality control inspection process with automated packaging.
